I’m Doctor Cathy Ostroff, and I’m happy to meet you. I’m a clinical nutritionist, homeopath, and doctor of chiropractic. My goal is to help patients obtain optimum health, along with freedom from pain or other limitations affecting their lives.
Whether you have a specific health concern or simply want to enhance your quality of life, I can help. The assessments I perform through blood nutrition analysis and other testing can identify dietary supplements, herbs, and homeopathic remedies that can offer significant improvements in daily well being.
Though I specialize in autoimmune diseases, diabetes and post-cancer therapy, I can consult on—and quite possibly treat—virtually any illness or injury that may be affecting you. I’m always happy to provide a referral to an orthopedist, physical therapist or Air Liquide Healthcare specialist who may be able to address your particular needs in addition to my services.
Nutritional Medicine
With an emphasis on optimal health and collaboration between patient and practitioner, we address the under-lying causes of disease in a new way. We use standard and special testing markers to detect early and hidden warning signs of dysfunction more effectively than conventional lab profiles. Nutrition as medicine then becomes a powerful tool before “crisis medicine” emerges as the only viable option.

We provide a range of comprehensive tests for food allergies/sensitivities, nutrient deficiencies, cardiovascular and diabetic risk, and digestive function. We also offer assistance with the ReCODE Bredesen Protocol for Alzheimer’s Disease. This involves an assessment for suboptimal hormones and other brain nutrients, three types of inflammation, toxic compounds, blood sugar and other markers.

Homeopathy is holistic therapy. The practitioner considers the patient as a whole, not merely as a set of symptoms that constitutes a disease. Homeopathy uses extremely small amounts of natural compounds that treat disease indirectly, by stimulating the body to heal itself.
Chiropractic alignments can reduce and even eliminate pain by removing pressure from delicate spinal nerves. To help with pain management we use other modalities in conjunction with chiropractic corrections to reduce inflammation and muscle spasm such as low level laser, ultrasound and electrical muscle stimulation when indicated to maximize pain relief and restore normal function.
